Herrera and Partners (H&P), a leading law firm in Thailand, is delighted to announce that Mrs. Suppaluk Thitiprasert has been appointed as a Partner at Herrera and Partners Bangkok law office.
Although Mrs. Suppaluk joined the firm as a Senior Associate in early 2025, she has played a strategic leadership role in the outstanding growth of the firm’s corporate law practice in Thailand.
Among the key milestones achieved by the Bangkok corporate law team lead by Mrs. Suppaluk during 2026 are the recognition awarded by the Association of European Attorneys for her work in foreign investment matters in Thailand, a Letter of Appreciation issued by the World Bank, the LegalOne Blue Ribbon 15: Banking and Finance Southeast Asia 2026 award, a significant increase in applications under the US-Thai Treaty of Amity handled by our firm, and the maintenance of a 100% success rate in all Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) applications.
